WTFunnel is going on with your emails?! 📊

Raise your hand if you’ve ever wanted to break up with email marketing

You spend hours writing emails, hit send, and…
Crickets.

No clicks. No sales. Just your dog judging you from the corner for swearing to yourself.

You start thinking, “Maybe email isn’t for me.” But here’s the truth: It’s not your fault.

It’s just that no one’s ever shown you how to know what’s working—and what’s not—so you can fix it.

The “WTFunnel” Checklist

Here’s how to figure out where your emails need some TLC (and how to fix it):

1️⃣ Are Your Subject Lines Pulling Their Weight?
Open rates below 30% mean your subject lines aren’t doing the job.

Solution: Use curiosity, humor, or FOMO to hook your readers. Think: “What I wish someone told me before [big lesson here]” or “You won’t believe this email stat.”

2️⃣ Are Your Calls-to-Action Crystal Clear?
Click rates under 2-3%? Your readers aren’t taking action because they don’t know what to do.

Solution: Be direct. Use ONE call-to-action. And make it irresistible: “Click here to steal my [amazing freebie].”

3️⃣ Are Your Emails Leading to Sales?
If less than 20% of people who click aren’t buying, your sales page needs a glow-up.

Solution: Tighten up your sales page. Focus on benefits. And make sure it screams, “This is THE thing you’ve been waiting for!”

One of my clients was in the exact same boat.

She was ready to call it quits on email marketing because it just wasn’t “working.”

Instead, I did a deep dive audit into her subject lines, CTAs, and sales page—and guess what? With some tweaks, her evergreen sales doubled.

She didn’t grow her list. She didn’t spend hours writing emails. I just optimized what she already had.

And now? She’s got a system that works for her—without the stress. 💸

Just know, you don't have to throw out the funnel with the bathwater. Look at your numbers and make small changes (the WTFunnel!?! freebie can help you out with that 😉).

But for now, can you help an email marketing girly out? I would love to know where you are with your email marketing. Are you hoping to grow your list? Do you want to get started with automations and nurture your audience? Are you hoping to grow your revenue with better sales emails?

Vote below to help me build out my upcoming email marketing courses that you will be itching to get your hands on.

I have an enemies list. Okay, fine. It has one actual person on it. His name is Mike Thorne, and he was my grade seven boyfriend who stole my wallet. It was a leather wallet with a horse burned into the front. I got it on vacation with my parents. It had a whole $5 in it. I asked him if he took it, and he said no. A week later he broke up with me. Later, his friend revealed that Mike stole the wallet specifically to psychologically destroy me. It worked, Mike. It worked. The enemies I want to...

From Tuesday night fitness classes to a 41% conversion rate. This story starts way before funnels were even part of my vocabulary. I was running Baby Mama Fitness, my postpartum fitness business, and posting about my daytime classes in a Facebook group. My client "A" slid into my DMs and asked if I would teach a nighttime class. She said if I agreed, she'd fill it with friends and people from her community. I said yes, reluctantly. (I only wanted to teach moms and babies. Nighttime was not...

M had over 100k Instagram followers and was barely selling anything. Her offer was good. Her content was good. Her audience loved her. She had built something real over years of showing up consistently, and the people who did buy from her were obsessed. But her launches? Her launches were bombing every single time. When I got inside her funnel, it took me all of 4.3 minutes to figure out what was wrong. Her Instagram following was enormous. Her email list was tiny. Everyone who loved her was...
